Jimmie Dean along with Auction Management Company successfully completed the auction sale of a Bank Owned Commerical OREO property in East St. Louis, Illinois. This particular property had been listed for sale for over a year and the decision to auction the property via a public outcry auction using Jimmie Dean resulted in a quick sale of the property.
